If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, items can be returned for size exchange or item exchange within 7 days from the delivery date by returning the order to Besos shop, via Nazionale Delle Puglie, 84 - 80013 - Casalnuovo di Napoli (NA). PLEASE NOTE (return shipping costs are at the customer's expense).
Return instructions:
- returned items must not show any signs of use and must have their tags and any accompanying accessories intact;
- to request return authorization, the customer must send an email to sepemanuela82@gmail.com or via WhatsApp: 3927971454 within 15 days of receiving the goods, specifying the items to be returned, and whether a size exchange or item exchange is requested.
The customer can choose two types of compensation:
1) Size exchange: It is possible to exchange for a different size of the same item, if available.
2) Item exchange: It is possible to exchange for a different item, paying the difference if the new item has a higher price. If the price of the new item is lower, the customer will receive a gift voucher. PLEASE NOTE: if you purchase a bag, you can only exchange it for another bag; the same applies to other items, it must be the same type of item.
